Bus Tickets from Calgary International Airport to Edmonton

I am a visitor for the first time in Canada. - The bus was delayed by around 20 minutes to leave Calgary and 45 minutes to reach Edmonton. - There was no wifi on the bus which prevented me from getting/providing updates from/to the person waiting for me. - There were passengers talking loudly for the whole duration of the trip. - The tracker wasn't working. - The number of the bus was different than what is showing on the ticket which prevented knowing it arrived.

There wad a man pushing people but the driver was ignoring. I don't know whether he doesn't look at what is happening at the back?

It's a nice experienced , comfortable - we've enjoyed the travel . Thank you for a good service .

Overall good smooth ride, didn’t get the free snacks though and there’s no air conditioning

The expierence was good the bus wasn’t too empty as I picked an evening ride and the seat beside me was unoccupied so it was nice, there is plenty leg room. One thing I would’ve been low ambient it gets quite dark at night and would feel cozier

Quite disappointed. Was over an hour late to our destination. They made us switch bus in red deer with a bus full a passenger.

Good. Apart from arriving fro Calgary 25 min late @1955 from Edmonton. Office was closed. My ride was gone

The bus was very clean and comfortable; however, I found the reflections caused by the tinted windows very disconcerting. It may have been the result of the overcast day which may have been worse but not completely. The only way to eliminate it was by turning your head 90 degrees to look straight out which was very uncomfortable. I get motion sickness if I read in a moving vehicle so window gazing is very important to me. I was in the small bus.

On March 12th/2025, I had fkexeble bus ticket @12:35 pm but I couldn't get it because the flight delay in arrival Calgary airport, and I asked to your office for change to 2:55 pm, and I was denied and paid again for new ticket. And this is my first and last time yo use your services. I'm very disappointed

Very neat and clean driver was so friendly giving proper information about stop and safety. Sorry to say better than canada bus .

horrible smell from the toilet in the back of the bus that made the whole 4 hour ride unbearable. Everyone was talking about it- even with the door shut, the smell was horrible, and it was worse when the door opened. It wasn’t even the smell of feces either, just smelled like something horruble rotting in there.

The driver called me when he realized I wasn’t on the bus. And I forgot my luggage and he was gracious to remember!

It was simple and easy.
