Horrible experience. It was a disaster. The bus was cancelled and we were forced to take on next one making our tour schedule at Niagara falls a big mess. And the staff at the ticketing counter was not very supportive. I haven't gotten the reason of the cancelation yet. Low passenger load or maintenance? And no compensations in this case?

It was late for half an hour or even more. The tracker is not accurate. It says that it is on scheduled/on time but it wasn’t.

A bit more information needed on how to get to where you catch the bus, other than that it was fine.

Return journey spot on, great driver and on time. Outbound journey 20 mins late and dropped off in bus station carpark no idea re which direction was Niagra Falls. Two buildings derelict next to car park, seemed very cold and unwelcoming. Once walking to the falls all was well.
