Terrible. My bus broke down, no announcements were made, my connecting bus was late buy over 2 hours and I have to buy a train ticket to Niagara just to cross the border into Canada - to then take a bus and train into Toronto. It was a nightmare.

I understand a different kind of the problem. But nobody let us know what is going on. There was few disabled people staying in the line. Everybody was exhausted. Not nice!

Terrible customer service, terrible communication, terrible everything, my bus was late so I missed my connecting bus and had to wait 9 hours for the next bus at NYPABT. Peter Pan/Trailways Kiosk was unmanned and phone lines closed. Awful.

This lack of communication and poor customer service has resulted in a negative experience for passengers.
