The driver was late very unprofessional he was behind schedule and refused to let us board there was not direction on where pick up would be besides in the parking lot the never completely enter the parking lot

Enjoyed trip, although bus driver could be a bit rude and inconsiderate. I didn’t appreciate the bus being close to an hour late for departure.

Our bus was changed last minute (time and meeting location) which was disruptive but bus driver was amazing.

I arrived only two minutes late because of awful roadworks and traffic and got no gesture at all of being booked on the next bus or for a discount or anything. Awful.

Nice Ride everything good nice drive the only problem was we supposed to leave from Houston at 7:30 but we left 8:00

The bus was great except for the fact that myself and numerous other riders were freezing. The driver said the AC was off but the vents throughout the bus were blowing at full blast the whole time.

The bus is clean and tidy. The customer service is fine. The bus arrives early and waits till the schedule time. The bus even arrives to the destination earlier than the estimated time. It’s all good. HOWEVER, there are too many homeless people in the front way in Houston bus station. It could be dangerous and uncomfortable for the customers.

If the bus kept more clean it would be nice with little bit of spray of freshener

The Houston bus terminal is a disgrace. There were people sleeping on the seats inside the terminal building. These people were not travelling on any Greyhound bus services. They were street hobos. They should be kept outside the building and not allowed inside. I realise this is a problem, and homeless people need to be catered for but not at a public facility and for the travelling public they should not be subject to this sort of intimidation.
