Whilst the chair was comfortable, the drivers driving was so bad members of the public called the police who subsequently pulled over the bus for erratic driving. I felt sick for the whole 3 hr journey due to the bus swaying, hitting curbs and often drifting across lanes encountering the warning bumps. It was more akin to travelling at sea rather than on a bus. The driver also had her face covered and wore dark glasses whilst travelling at night.

I arrived only two minutes late because of awful roadworks and traffic and got no gesture at all of being booked on the next bus or for a discount or anything. Awful.
