Terrible. My bus broke down, no announcements were made, my connecting bus was late buy over 2 hours and I have to buy a train ticket to Niagara just to cross the border into Canada - to then take a bus and train into Toronto. It was a nightmare.

I understand a different kind of the problem. But nobody let us know what is going on. There was few disabled people staying in the line. Everybody was exhausted. Not nice!

Customers have reported being dropped off at Buffalo airport and experiencing significant delays of more than 3 hours without any compensation or apology from the company. Additionally, they had to wait for extended periods with no information on the next bus while entry requirement checks were conducted. This lack of communication and poor customer service has resulted in a negative experience for passengers.

Next bus comes and had to wait an additional 2 hours for everyone to finish their entry requirement checks and take rapid tests. Bus was delayed by more than 3 hours and OurBus didn’t offer any kind of compensation or apologize. Terrible service
