Cold Shot is appreciated for its punctuality and smooth rides, with professional drivers ensuring a pleasant journey. However, several passengers have noted that the buses can be quite cold due to inadequate heating systems. Additionally, there are concerns about limited seat comfort and occasional unpleasant odors inside the bus.

With the roads in the condition they are in I can’t praise the drivers enough. I travel Calgary to Grande Prairie on a rotational basis for work and occasionally use your bus service. Drivers are respectful and accommodating and as I’ve said they should be praised!!
