Bus Tickets from Welkom to Port Elizabeth

The bus firstly arrived an hour late then it broke down we had to wait for 2 hours 😩

I was not impressed of the fact that I could not charge my phone

enjoyed my seat, spacious and clean

I had a bad experience the first time I took the bus it was late with almost an hour amd the drivers were unapologetic. Second time taking the bus I also it was late again and I was late by 2 hours to my destination. I don't think I will ever take the bus again I was sooo disappointed shame.

My first ride very bad experience. Bus arrived late and there was no communication whatsoever and the customer line not working. Passengers drinking inside and smoking. I hope not to ride this bus again

They were late and staff was rude

Intercity express have a lack of customer service. They are not efficient and effective.

Very unprofessional, they were not on time, they were 1hour and 25 minutes late for pick-up which caused us to arrive later as well, Bus was stuffy and aircon didn't work well

Fast and comfortable

I was very disappointed with the service...the bus was more than 2 hours late and I didn't even receive any notification. Also we only stopped once for a trip that was more than 10 hours long

the fact that heaters were not working that was very frustrating, I was like riding with a horse or a bakkie without a canopy, just imagine 14 hours of iced cold journey. not happy at all
