The bus driver was not helpful in wanting to pack our bags away, I ended up with my bags on the floor. My husband and I had to sit in different seats, not next to eachother. Nothing about this bus was luxury, it was smelly and stuffy. I booked Intercape but ended up in a bus called tourliner. They even overbooked and had to look for seats in another bus for 2 passenger. Not the most pleasant experience.

The bus got cancelled and the company didn’t care to inform me about it. I stranded in the middle of the night at a random bus station, missed my flight so that whole thing costs me roughly 5000R and they give a s*** about it.
