Bus Tickets from Pretoria to Port Shepstone

The bus arrived very late, and the communication sent by customer service was ambiguous because it was not specific about the time to expect the bus

The trip was good, drivers were nicer.except that arrival time in Port shepstone was suppose to be 5:45 but we reached at around 7:50,there was no explanation and apologies for the delay.

I happy with the service of the staff particular the driver but was disappointed with the condition of the bus. There was no aircon. It's smell of urine and they were no charging ports and seats not so comf9

Actually we used Big Sky. I love that bus, made me feel safe all the day and warm through out.

The bus drivers need to communicate in English as well in order to accommodate all passengers. The intercape bus had broken down outside mooi river and the drivers failed to communicate in English leaving some of us highly confused. That is very unprofessional and that needs to be addressed. The changing of busses is also time consuming and frustrating, as passengers we were ought to change busses atleast 3 times. Busses need to be fully checked and serviced before leaving to avoid any breakdowns and inconveniences. I was very unhappy with the service, my arrival time was 5pm and arrived at 9.30 pm. Completely disappointed.
