Enjoyed- the driver was polite and his instructions were clear.
Didn’t enjoy- driver became tired during the trip which is considered a hazard as anything could happen. Is there no way to have at least two drivers per bus? One driver will get a chance to rest while the other drives. I could tell that the trip took a strain on the driver and I’m worried about the safety of passengers in the future.
- The bus was not on time and when we arrived at park station, there was a 30+ delay. Passengers who were already seated were asked to leave and go to another bus. This was unorganised which caused certain passengers to be unsettled and worried. This wastes time and causes major delays.

I usually travel with intercity and has always been receiving good service but this trips experience was not so good. I got the back seat and there were roaches. One even got inside the ear of a lady sitting next to me. Also some of the charging ports did not work.
