I had the longest trip of my life a trip that was supposed to last 16 hours it too 27 hours. The driver was smuggling Marijuana and got arrested while the other vanished into a thin air. We were left without a driver. Very disappointed in Greyhound.

I didn’t enjoy the delayed schedule. 3 hour delay on arrival time to Cape Town. Caused additional with planning on the day. Lack of communication as to the reasons for the delay did not help either.

Bus drivers were friendly, but the bus was late about 40 minutes, inside the bus the is comfort but the bus was so cold and there was no heater to make the bus warm I was literally freezing inside the bus as if I am outside please fix the bus windows cause the cold wind was coming through windows even though they were closed

First of all the bus didn't pick me up at the bus station and I slept outside for the whole night, telling me that they apologize because their driver forgot to pick me up and they did nothing for my safety. At least they still offered me the ticket to Cape Town after that. I had to be on the bus on empty stomach because I've used all my money that I was supposed to use for my journey hence I was helpless at the garage.
