Bus Tickets from Johannesburg to Middelburg, Eastern Cape, ZA

I'm very dissatisfied with the service of Intercape...i was on my way to park station where my initial pick up point was.they sent me an sms late that i should go to midrand to get the bus there.from where i was staying , it's almost 2hours away. Why didn't they send the sms in the morning.when i eventually got to midrand ,past3 the bus had left and the guy at the office at engine bid bird made fun of it.never will i use intercape again

Awesome bus service can't complain.

A total mess as a result I’ll never ride with yr busses ever again…imagine as a passenger having to give incompetent drivers directions bcz they keep getting lost…Almost 3 hrs late…Y’all need to do better (And yr buses are COLD)

The bus was early and on time,the express was a verry clean and tidy bus verry luxurious,no complains

Had the best experience ever. Was sitted so comfortably. Travelled from Joburg to Middelburg, the bus made it to Middelburg before the ETA. My only problem was the toilet. Very unhygienic, but I put the blame on the passengers.

Great experience,new bus and quite Engen but ,space between the seats was not comfortable

I was not impressed with the delay they did on the breakdown, 7 hours to replace the bus

The bus was 2 hours late and it also got stuck along the way
