I'm very dissatisfied with the service of Intercape...i was on my way to park station where my initial pick up point was.they sent me an sms late that i should go to midrand to get the bus there.from where i was staying , it's almost 2hours away. Why didn't they send the sms in the morning.when i eventually got to midrand ,past3 the bus had left and the guy at the office at engine bid bird made fun of it.never will i use intercape again

Had the best experience ever. Was sitted so comfortably. Travelled from Joburg to Middelburg, the bus made it to Middelburg before the ETA. My only problem was the toilet. Very unhygienic, but I put the blame on the passengers.
