No signage at 10235-101 Street. Bus driver did not introduce herself. Advertised beverages were not offered.Floor of first seat had full water bottles scattered. Were these for passengers? Bus was 20 minutes late arriving in Red Deer.

I didn’t travel and I asked for the next bus the lady refused so I lost my money just like that
Because I went to downtown instead of Southgate so the bus left without me

What I really didn't like was the fact that our driver literally drove the bus down the middle of Hwy 2. He would pull to the right to let vehicles pass but then went back to the middle. I have never seen ANYONE drive like that!
Also the seats are small and no leg room

Mostly quiet U of A student passengers, studying and drifting off. I was about 50 years older than the average, but a very pleasant group.
Comfortable seat. Plenty of luggage room.
