The ride was comfortable and warm. Pick up said airport but the bus was at Cross Iron Mills so that was confusing. And the time the bus departs was confusing.

Good seats and leg room. I ddnt like that the driver dies not announce the stop so that all passengers alight there. Its hard for first time customers to calgary to know whether they have reached their destination.
