the Bus arrived on time, but when we got to Bellville we had to wait for the mechanic to come fix the toilet which took a couple of minutes. and again, when we got to Beaufort west, we stood there for more than 2 hours and no one came to us to explain why the bus was stand still and not moving as we were only told that we have 15 minutes break but now took hours and nothing was said. we had to go ask the drivers what is happening only to find out we were waiting for a bus that was coming from CApetown.

Communication is key, communicating to your passengers that the bus is late is crucial, we waited more than an half an hour for another passenger to board the bus, was it not for the driver that communicated this to us, we would just sit and wait. The passenger should be first and top priority at all times.We cannot wait for other passengers to bored if they missed the bus tough we were at the bus terminus two hours before we boarded, responsibility is key.
