The bus was delayed for over an hour without any notice to the customers. We waited in the middle of the night without any staff telling us how much longer we have to wait for and why was the bus delayed. The environment of the bus was bad as well, especially the restroom.
As the first bus delayed, I missed my transfer. It was so hard to find any staff for help to reschedule my next bus ride going to Toronto, I have to stay for a night and pay for my own hotel. I ended up booking another ticket with Megabus, which has much better customer service.
