Bus Tickets from Vanrhynsdorp to Johannesburg

I was extremely disappointed with my bus trip from Vanrhynsdorp to Johannesburg. The bus arrived earlier than the time stated on my ticket, and despite being at the pickup point before its arrival, I was treated as if I was late. The staff rushed me onto the bus in an unprofessional and rude manner, which caused unnecessary stress and made me forget to check if I had all my belongings. Unfortunately, I left my phone behind, and even though we had not yet departed, my attempts to get assistance were ignored—while other passengers received immediate responses. To add to the frustration, after the rushed pickup, the bus stopped for a 20-minute smoke break at the next pickup point. A little patience and kindness from the staff could have avoided this entire ordeal. Throughout the journey, the bus failed to stop at any locations where passengers could purchase basic refreshments like water, despite passing suitable places. Instead, we were only given breaks at stops with minimal facilities. (Except for one stop close to the end of the trip and by that time I felt extremely dehydrated). Additionally, the hygiene standards on the bus were unacceptable. The restroom floor was covered in urine, making it unusable for passengers. As a naturally shy person, I was never rude or confrontational with the staff, yet I was treated in a way that left me feeling stressed and deeply uncomfortable throughout the trip. I hope the company takes feedback like this seriously and improves its customer service and facilities in the future.

The 2 gentlemen on board wanted me to get a set on the top side of the bus, and saw me struggling to get up there and neither one of them even tried to assist me. Only when my niece, who accompanied me to the bus pickup asked if they could help me the one gentleman pointed me to the bottom part of the bus to take a seat. I find it disrespectful and it's a lack of customer service training. I paid for my ticket and it means I should get goods service which is clearly non-existant. I hope my next trip with your bus service is more pleasant.
