It was late for half an hour or even more. The tracker is not accurate. It says that it is on scheduled/on time but it wasn’t.

A bit more information needed on how to get to where you catch the bus, other than that it was fine.

Pathetic experience, the bus left us at Viscount road and went straight to Niagara Falls. From Union Toronto, we had to call the bus driver and he had to come again to viscount road to pick us up.

The reservation process is seamless and staff are kind and informative throughout the journey. However, some users noted issues such as strong air conditioning on older trains and occasional delays due to track works or other factors.
