The majority of drivers were smoking non-stop this is against the law. There was no toilet on the coach this is also against the law. One driver was looking at his phone and making phone calls for about an hour and a half when driving on the motorway full of lorries in Hungary. Putting many people's lives at risk...

This is the most disgusting company. The staff is rude and they was not leaving us to have a break even for toilet. There was old people with health problems and not having food to take them medication. The toilet in the bus was not available and they take plenty of passenger in this time of COVID-19. Also we was more than 5 hours late because of 2 passengers. The one
