My bus was extremely late to pick me up, and whilst I entirely understand that there can be delays in services like this, being notified of such events would have made my experience a lot better. I was utterly disappointed with the lack of communication with Eurolines. I attempted to contact the 24 hour line but to no avail, the line would just go dead or I would be hung up on. I decided that the bus just wasn’t coming and booked other travel plans, only for the bus to show up an hour late! Will never travel with Eurolines again.

I would never travel with this company again. Bus was 2 and half hours late then 4 hour trip took 6 hours. We were never contacted about how late bus would be and were very concerned about whether bus was ever going to arrive. Today has left my wife and daughter very upset.
