From Sacramento to San Francisco our bus didn’t arrive. The people working at the station were as helpful as they could be as they were completely in the dark aswell. There was miscommunication at the previous stop which meant there wasn’t a bus driver to get our bus to Sacramento to pick us up. Furthermore they had no way of tracking the bus as the tracking device wasn’t working. I was not impressed by the service this time however previously it has been fine.
