This was a horrible travel experience. The bus was extremely late and once arrived it was a very turbulent ride.

One of the attendants directed me to the wrong bus. If I didn't hear another passenger get off I wouldn't have known. The driver should announce stops before departure just in case this ever happens.

Staff was not helpful. Bus was an hour late in boarding and not one person updated us. It was 97 degrees in Philadelphia and very humid. Got on bus and no air conditioner. After an hour it kind of worked but I was having condensation drip on me from above.
Then air was off again for last hour or more of trip. Extremely uncomfortable. Worst experience with travel I have ever had. I would like refund if possible. It truly felt inhumane how hot it was.
Based on 5583 reviews, the company was rated 4.1 stars on Busbud. Travelers were especially satisfied with the seats and the ticket access but often complained with the wifi. Amtrak ticket prices on this trip start at $70
