The wait time from downtown Chicago to 95th street was too long. We were given the wrong site to catch the bus going to Chicago. It would be more convenient to catch it at the Milwaukee Bus/Train station. Enjoyed the ride. Bus was clean staff was very helpful and professional on both ends. Can not wait to ride again.

Staff is very rude ghetto screaming and scamming. Couldn't believe what I was hearing and experiencing from supposed to be supervisor and manager including cashier at the main station. Attitudes they display shouldn't be tolerated or allowed in the public. They treat paying customers as if we dont matter. Bus driver just plain ghetto and nasty attitude. Totally unbelievable experience and more than likely my first and last time using this service

Once we figured out we were on the wrong side of the terminal we were able to just make it on the train. After that the ride was smooth and comfortable. Tons of leg room and racks for luggage. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
