Extremely poor experience. Bus left early in Nashville. Staff was extraordinarily unprofessional, from the front desk operator to the “managers”. Next bus was 4 hours late. Very non chalant attitude in general toward people’s time, money spent, and needs. No urgency or empathy. Would avoid Greyhound in the future by all costs.
