This was the most horrible bus trip: bus left 30 mins late, bus driver was meandering along with no thought of getting their on time, i missed my connection, the person at greyhound desk was very, very nasty to me, and actually added fees to the new ticket - after i had explained it was not because of anything i had done to miss the connecting bus! I then missed a bus in albany which would take me to bennington,vt. Someone had to travel 2 hrs to pick me up in albany. This is very unacceptable service!! I need this to be addressed and will refute the extra charge to me! I will not use greyhound or bus bud in the future.
