The bus was new, comfortable, clean, it arrived right on time to YUL to pick up passengers, and brought us to Ottawa also exactly on time. I was able to exchange my ticket with the agent right in the airport terminal without much fuss. Great customer service all in all!

It was a smooth trip. The driver was really nice and pleasant. The bus was clean, comfortable and not too cold. I usually get cold easily and it wasn’t bad at all. Only had my hoodie on, I even brought a blanket but I ended up using it as a pillow. Didn’t get a chance to use the washroom but it didn’t smell in the bus.

But I expected a bus station where there would be a toilet.
At the Gatineau the owner of the property where he parked was very vocal in his objections to the trespass.
Not being a proper bus station meant that I did not have access to city bus tickets and info.
Will never use this service again.

The driver with six passengers whose lives are in his hands, was driving between speeds of 120 km/h and upwards of 140 km an hour. He was tailgating, and in my opinion of being a professional driver for 50+ years, totally unsafe with this driving.

We were a bit confused because there was just a small sign for the bus in montreal but a minivan with logo on the door pulled up 5 minutes early and the very professional driver, Achmed, loaded us all in and drove very safely but on time to ottawa. We would travel with them again
