This was the worst public transportation experience I've ever had. When I arrived at the bus station, the staff member told me my bus would be the next one to arrive. I watched more than ten buses arrive without my bus coming. I finally asked him what was going on and he continued to say the bus would be there in about 10 minutes. This went on until the but was over an hour and a half late. At this point, I had to call a friend and get them to drive me to Atlanta as I was going to be late. The staff member had also just left at this point without giving any further updates or saying when he would be back. I never ended up taking the bus because it was so late and the staff there never apologized or proactively updated us on the situation. Every update was because I asked and all the updates were incorrect anyway. Awful experience.
