We had a passenger disturbance on the 561 from London to Leeds on the 14 of February 2022 (departure 13:10). The bus driver called the Leeds station officer to tell my next buses driver to wait 10 minutes for me but the officer failed to tell the driver so they left me behind. The bus was already halfway from Leeds to Stockton and had to turn around just to pick me up.

The bus I guess had a problem that was not communicated to the passenger's all I saw was that we waited for about 45 minutes in MK and also for over 1 hour 30mins at the services on Northampton motorway. This is absolutely unimpressive.
