National express didn’t know about a local event which closed the roads of the town Helston, I rang a week before and they had no idea. I then rang on the morning of the journey and they told me I was catching it from a road that was blocked. Thankfully I asked a local and they said it was further up the road. Bus had no oil so had to be filled up. He loo was full so was out of order. The plugs didn’t charge any device.
