Bus Tickets from Edmonton International Airport to Calgary International Airport

Very unsafe. The emergency door was open and we informed the bus driver and they did nothing. We stayed in our seats so we can hold the emergency door down to ensure the safety of others was still in place. Once we reached Red Deer, the driver did not check to see the emergency door after his bathroom break and continued to drive

The driver was very personable, the pick up spot was not convenient but I understand it has to be somewhere :)

The washroom on the bus was out of service, then the quick stop at Tim Hortons in Red Deer, the driver was at first telling 7 people he would leave them if they get off to use the washroom in Tim Hortons. Then Tim Hortons washroom was out of order. The driver did not offer to stop across the street at other gas stations

The other passengers were streaming without headphones, having loud conversations with others not sitting next to them, etc

The driver left me standing outside the office therefore I had to purchase another ticket. It said on the ticket 1:30pm however I didn't see a bus moreover I need my ticket to be refunded.

I did not enjoy arriving at the gas station to find no signs to indicate place of pick up. Also there were no benches for those needing to sit.

No wifi and uncomfortable seats and I paid less for another bus the same place for a better experience

Washroom good. Driver take break is good so I can use it as well. Still was early.

The bus ride was great up until red deer when they switched drivers. The driver who came on was very rude. And told ever single person on the bus the could keep there bags either on there lap or on the seat beside them if it was empty but if there bag was to big it had to be put up top and there were so many people who had backpacks who kept them on the floor or on there lap so I tried to both those things and she wouldn't let me do either and came back when I was taking off my jacket and putting it in my bag she stood there and watched me and said in a loud rude tone “ put ur bag up top now so we can leave.” and wouldn't even give me time to get my water out or anything then proceed to say I wasn't allowed to get it for the rest of the trip because we can't stand while the bus is moving. I'm very upset and feel very disrespectful because she was literally walking down the bus looking under seats and I was the only one she told to put my bag up. The same size as everyone else too. And in fact I could have squished it to make it smaller because it's mostly empty. I have pictures of peoples backpacks under there seats. Even the girl beside me.
