The trip was terrible. The driver didn’t know the directions from Durban station to PMB. He didn’t stop at Montrose after that the bus had a breakdown for 3 hours we didn’t make it home in time

The bus arrived on time yet it left the bus station an hour later, the process is very slow, once the bus arrives no one communicate anything to us we waited for a long time before they even check our tickets, the bus was supposed to reach my destination at 16:10 but it reached my destination at 19:50. Imagine the inconvenience. It was my first time and hopefully my last booking with eagleliner😭

The bus was late, they had driver problems which were not communicated to us, the whole trip got delayed by 2hrs, which made most us arrive at our destinations when it was already dark, and public transport was already unavailable. It was the last time I'll ever use bus services, ever.

I didn't even go, the bus came late and my ticket had an issue. The customer care doesn’t answer the calls and the receptionist was not helpful. I regret booking this ticket. I'm really disappointed.
