It was a bit difficult to find the right agency for the check in at the bus terminal. Also to find the right bus. The bus seats were super comfortable.
Unfortunately, the bus was only driving until juliciana, but not until puno City. Again, it was challenging to continue the Trip to the final destination.

No WiFi or air-conditioning as advertised. Toilet was barely a toilet with no seat and the waste went directly onto the road. Not adequate for the premium price.

They didn't know about my booking when I tried to check in. The bus arrived late so we left late. The urine only toilet was filled with feces right at the beginning of the trip and there was no water to flush or wash your hands. The heating panel that runs along the side of the bus was so hot you couldn't touch it and there was no air circulation.

The seats were comfy but they turned on the heat so high!! I asked the staff multiple times if they could turn it on and off every now and again but I was ignored. 1 member was quite aggressive in his manner also. I didn't get a minutes sleep as it was sweltering hot all night ! 😩

Bus left Cusco on time, and arrived only 20 minutes late to Puno. Comfortable seats, and a safe and secure journey. Cruz del Sur have a separate terminal to all the other bus companies in Cusco, so the check in experience is a lot less chaotic compared to other places in Peru where all the bus companies leave from the same terminal.
