We didn’t have physical copy of the passport for my daughter, they refused to even look at the photo copy which matched the passport number on the ticket and we had to pay again after no sympathy! I found the security guy extremely pushy, my daughter felt sick and needed to wait outside the bus for 5 minutes more (15 minutes before departure) and pathetically, we had to walk around and show our passports a second time. The bus driver was kind and offered sick bags.

Lima to Paracas express. Made several stops along the way to fill the bus so wasn't exactly express.b also stopped in Pisco. Terminal is hectic and difficult to get to with traffic.

I arrived 3.33am and they didn’t leave to take the bus. The bus was on place, I got in and the bus started to move. The driver was opening the door for me but the lady outside wave to him saying just keep going on. I had to buy another ticket and they were not helpful.
