Greyhound Chicago Dallas recent customer reviews
Had the worst experience ever besides bus being over 2hrs late in Memphis the driver kept making unnecessary stops without announncements and eventually refused to drive beyond Mt Vernon stating he had finished his hours for the day we wait for another driver to be using uber from Dallas. We were stuck there till past 3am this is a trip I was supposed to arrive at 5:55pm on 1/12/22. I ended up arranging our means of transportation spending more money to get into Dallas. I am very disappointed by this bus service and pray to never use it again
