Greyhound Chicago New York City recent customer reviews
Thus far my worst experience with Greyhound. My bus did not come pick me up at designated pick up location (union station). Operator suggested I had to take a taxi or walk back to greyhound station to assure I didn’t not miss my bus. Bus arrived more than two hours late, bus did not even have an e-z pass. Unreliable service, not ok.

Most of the staff has a bad attitude and there seems to be a chronic issue with finding drivers. It is never going to be worth it to ride with Greyhound.

Another interesting trip from out of Chicago. On the first bus to the Downtown Chicago Greyhound station, the driver told a passenger who had nothing wrong and was just standing there that he could not ride the bus. He had already paid and I have no clue why the driver was bossing around a person with apparel on that identified him as a veteran. I was not impressed with the driver. Veterans should not be treated like that. At the Greyhound Chicago Downtown Station, I had the unfortunate chance of running into the same fat security women with the braided hair. She decided I was smoking too close to the building even though I was over 15 feet away from the door(which is Illinois law) on a public sidewalk. I got yelled at by her. I was extremely happy to leave the Chicago Downtown Greyhound Station.
