They were two hours late and didn’t even tell us that they were going to be two hours late until we were already waiting for 30 minutes at the bus stop.

The service was late by 33 mins
No one was in their assigned seat, and attempting to get a front seat was a waste of time.
The ride wasn't a RedCoach bus, so that may have been why.

Was picked up half an hour late after the bus left my stop 15 minutes early and had to come back after I called customer service. Drove in circles for an hour and ended up arriving 2 hours behind schedule. Terrible experience. Do not recommend.

Bus was 30 minutes late. I would suggest that the app notify when tge bus is running more than 10 minutes late. Seats were cramped. I am 5'2" and my knees were hitting the back of the seat in front of me.
Driver was safe and effective. We arrived in 3 hours!
