Bus Tickets from Bloemfontein to Mossel Bay

Positive... Was a very pleasant trip. Clean bus and friendly, helpful staff. Drivers were excellent. They Changed driving shifts every two hours. Negative... We had a problem with the toilet that leaked. The bus was one hour late. We were however notified.

Loved everything, the entertainment, the space for one to be able to sleep and the comfortability of chairs

Drivers did not inform me where to disembark the coach for toilets. Have to use the bus toilet where all the other passengers used it. No toiletpaper and no water to wash hands.

The bus was late with two hours and i was not aware of that. I didn’t receive any email or sms to inform me. The drivers were very rude on their arrival and all the way till we got here. They even violated other lady’s privacy in front of us. They were not even remorseful. Passengers had to intervene

The staff was very friendly, but the bus was full of people from malawi that had spiders ant they even left them behind

I am very disappointed in your service and I vow to never user your services again
