Bus Tickets from Birmingham to London Heathrow Airport

The actual service of transporting myself and my companion was excellent. However, because our return flight to the UK was delayed by a couple of hours we were unable to catch the pre-booked service back to Birmingham. Well before the specified cut off time, we telephoned the customer service department from Germany to notify them about this and to book an alternative return bus. Whilst discussing this the phone connection failed and we were not able to recover the connection. When we went to the ticket desk at Heathrow Central Bus Station we stated this and were told we could speak to customer services or buy new tickets. We spoke to customer services who were seriously unsympathetic and repeated the need to buy new tickets - for which we had no option. However, we were equally seriously shocked to be charged well over twice the original cost of a return trip for the single journey back to Birmingham. We think we were treated very badly indeed.

The trip was good but the bus had a technical issue that forced us to stop. The driver listened to passenger concerns about missing flights and jury rigged a safe repair and continued on, only arriving a little late. Good trip!

The coach was late leaving the station which ended up with me MISSING my flight!!

Because they change boarding point before I am used Flix service standing in same bus station but this they changed, almost 10 people mis the bus we are all standing same bus stop

The bus was on time and I got to my destination on time. Not to mention, it was very clean as well

Our ticket was for the airport but unfortunately it was delayed by an hour without any advance notice. Imagine being delayed on a cold rainy day without any station to sit in the rain and also having the stress of missing the flight!! !! I called customer service and they spoke very badly and said that we don't have a manager 🤔🫤 but the driver and the bus were good

after leaving destination it was quickly apparent the bus was mechanically unfit to travel … instead of returning to departure point immediately the driver tried a few times waiting to see if problem cleared ,the last wait was over a half an hour .. eventually over an hour and 1/2 bus returned to starting point …already there was time pressure to get to Heathrow…. At that point driver stated that replacement bus was delayed in traffic and refused to give estimate of time replacement would arrive ,at that point I had no alternative but get a taxi .,at a cost of £180.. after several emails requesting compensation for lack service they have decided to refuse my request on the basis that I didn’t get receipt ..as an experienced traveller I have never had such appalling service
