National Express Manchester Heathrow recent customer reviews
Bus set off late from Manchester and arrived late at Victoria coach station which nearly made us miss our next connecting bus to Heathrow airport that we had to run to with minutes before it set off. Also the journey from Victoria coach station to Heathrow station should have took 1 hour but also arrived to it destination late by 40 minutes. WiFi pointless on both bus’s as it did not work.

Bus was late but the conductor explained that traffic was heavy which was understandable. Both bus drivers were very professional and friendly and made the trip more enjoyable.

Pity there were no plug sockets on board and WiFi did not work. Otherwise pleasant.
The bus service received positive feedback for being clean and spacious, with passengers appreciating the efforts of staff to fix air conditioning issues. However, there were some delays in arrival times and occasional problems with the on-board toilet facilities that could be improved upon. Overall, customers enjoyed their travel experience despite these minor inconveniences.
Megabus Manchester Heathrow recent customer reviews
I thoroughly enjoyed the comfort of the bus and the smoothness of the trip. I regret that the bus was almost an hour late to Heathrow (my stop) and that I had no way to know we were approaching Heathrow or that we had reached there. This meant I was taken past my stop to London Victoria and had to find my way back using a Bolt that cost me a little over 40 pounds. I also almost missed my flight to Nigeria.

There was nothing enjoyable about this service, the charger ports didn't work, the seats were uncomfortable, it was an extremely rough ride, and the bus broke down, so I had to catch a taxi the rest of the way on my own accord because they couldn't supply another means of transport to get me to the airport in time.

It was ok and initially the air conditioning didn't work but staff persisted in fixing it, so it was more comfortable after that. However toilet was out of order on the bus but there were a few toilet stops so it was ok
