Delayed schedule. Dirty window so we couldn't enjoy the scenery. Staff threw my water bottle away when there's still water in it.

I enjoyed the punctual service , the friendly drivers and the comfortable bus. I did not enjoy having to by 2 tickets as the first one did not arrive in my inbox or spam. So to make sure I had a ticket I bought a second one that did arrive in my inbox. When the driver picked me up he said I had 2 tickets

The bus was uncomfortable in terms of seats and the amount of people on the bus. It would be better to allocate seats so people could sit together. It was not a luxury bus. The one we took to whistler was a much better bus for a 2 journey trip. This bus was terrible for a 12 hour trip. Second bus driver in the trip was awesome the first bus driver was not nice.
