A 2 hours delay is bad enough, but I think it's unprofessional to not alert the passengers before time. Also, the roach infestation is a no no, clean the buses bathong !!

The driver who drove from Umtata to King williams town was so reckless, at the speed humps the bus would jump so bad it nearly caused an accident, was scared throughout😡😡😡😡
