I have an issue with hygiene in your buses. The ride was smooth but the bus was smelling bad and it is advisable to keep your toilets filled with ice and any toilet refresher to avoid that filthy smell

The bus was late by more than 2 hours. They kept stopping at random places on the way to pick up more people which didn't make sense as the bus was already packed to the brim and this felt unsafe as it was in the middle of the night. When passengers asked about rest stops the drivers were rude. It was really an unpleasant experience.

The bus was on time but I arrived 25 minutes later than the scheduled time. I think it's not necessary to take rests in both Potchefstroom & Klerksdorp, they are near to each other. Klerksdorp alone is fine for resting.

I called to move my departure time on by one day. I paid for the refundable option, of which yr incompetent staff refused ( didn't have a clue, or was rather expecting a commission) to help me. The one lady (2nd one I spoke to later) said she could fix it, no problem at all was her response, but the 1st one, think her name was Refilwe, didn't or wasn't ad helpful. Sorry to say this, Greyhound should have just stayed grounded. Better for everyone, rather such pathetic service. Good bye
