The trip was very wonderful, we arrived earlier than expected. The drivers were very kind. I was a bit upset because the drivers were not told that they must drop us at Intercape Beach Office but they finally agreed to drop us

Couldn't adjust my seat and the heat from my bottom left was burning my leg, the driver was too fast. He entered Durban an hour before. The last trip l was satisfied even though we got to Johunesburg late but it was understandable, the delay was coursed by passengers.

This bus was 1hour 30 minutes late and there was no communication. We were supposed ever to Durban at 5pm however we got to Durban at 8pm. I was almost left at Montrose and had to run behind the bus.The charging pod doesn’t work, most of us were complaining.

It’s 09:53 21 September and I’m still in the bus in Harrismith, had the bus gotten to Park station on time instead of an hour and a half late, we would’ve gotten ahead of the snow storm
Customers mentioned that there is no formal parking place for buses, which they find unsafe. Some customers also noted that the service was okay but lacked a charging port.

Firstly I did not know that the bus does not get inside the park station like other buses. Had i have not asked about its parking i was gonna be left behind. It is not safe in the boomgate where it parks. We were sent sms's advising of the delay. It was a 9pm bus however it delayed to 10pm. We were transported by an SMT bus and not by an APMCW bus that we booked and there was no explanation for the changes. The trip was horrible. The bus had windows that did not close properly. It was extremely cold. There was dust all over and the driver was rude
