Intercity Xpress Kroonstad Grahamstown recent customer reviews

The Intercity bus scheduled for Grahamstown via Kroonstad never arrived. The other Intercity Bus driver at 00h15 the next day when we were meant to depart at 21h15 the previous day got us into his bus saying we will interchange at Bloemfontein as the Grahamstown bus driver indicated that they had passed Kroonstadt on way to Bloemfontein. Come to Bloemfontein he had left. The bus driver who was not going to Grahamstown then got us into a bus of another company after pleading and begging. The service was appalling I lack a better word.
