The first ride on a bus for such a long distance was good , the drivers were professional. what was not good is the delay after receiving the sms noticing of possible delay of 45 minutes was okay but i took it to call and check if the bus is still going to delay, the call center attended told me that the bus is on time , i waited at the Engine Garage for 2 hours past the boarding time, Intercape should have sent a follow up sms to update about the bus delay. It was a great experiance though passing all the towns of South Africa
