The bus picked us up right on time at SeaTac, the ride was smooth and relaxing. It was do much better than the inconvenience of having someone pick me up. The maps of pick up and drop off locations could be better. I had to Google them.

1st bus ran out of batteries, so there was a reroute to get a new bus. 2nd bus's power ports on the back of the seats I was sitting behind didn't give a charge and I couldn't charge my phone and was without music the whole time. The seat I was seated behind was also damaged, it's backing completely removed. Very uncomfortable experience.

It was a great experience - the driver was professional, came 15 minutes early, off-loaded the passengers quickly. He waited the the requisite time & left at the appointed time! Right was great, he drove well! My only complaint was that the drop-off notice said that it was the train station, but it was actually down the street! Easily remedied, as i called my ride & they found me easily!

Our driver was a hero. As the bus was clearly stuck in Everett, for unknown reasons, even when headquarters was called, our driver stepped up and ubered to a spare bus in another town. We were still over 2 hours late across the board, but at least the bus driver made sure we eventually reached our destination. For all we know, that bus in Everett never left or arrived.

Very bad service.i never take this bus my life... because they waste my time and my 27 dollar money

Greyhound in Portland is horrible and the drivers going and coming were rude. What is really going on with greyhound??☹

Gate control was chaotic in Seattle Station. Apparently 2 trains were leaving from Gate 5: 518 and 509. 518 was going first when 509 was delayed. The gatekeepers just blew everybody away with no clear ibstructions

Clean, on time & efficient ride to Portland, 0regon. Loudspeaker announcement could be clearer with no crackling

The only thing wrong with the trip was there was no WiFi most of the trip,so overall not a big problem
