Drivers were amazing (1 in training I believe) No curbs, no heavy breaking, friendly. The only thing I noticed negative was; no charging ports at seats or wifi. In all fairness; I only expected those things because of the side of the bus saying it was available. I don't know if those amenities were Included with booking. (Why I didn't deduct stars)

The bus got canceled 10 minutes after it was supposed to depart. I then was put on a train that left 2 hours later. That then got delayed 20 minutes. I got on the train and we had to stop for another 20 to leg another train pass by. Very dissatisfied. Was supposed to arrive in Portland at 1:00pm ended up getting there at 4pm ridiculous
