Bus Tickets from Red Deer to Calgary International Airport

The address of departure was different than the one I had booked my trip from. Turns out the bus didn’t even pick up from the place that was described on the ticket but in a different parking lot and I almost missed it. The driver was really nice but wasn’t even given the right pick up address. The bus was also late departing and arriving, with once again, a different drop off. Not impressed by the company…

I found the trip to be enjoyable and have no complaints this far. I enjoy the ride as then do not have to drive which causes me to be to not enjoy the trip

The bus is so nice and lots of room. I love the seat assignment but I wish people would sit in the spot on the tickets so I don’t have to ask them to move cause I was lucky enough to get a window. I’m not passing that up.

Bus arrived 35 mins late from scheduled departure time, outlets on bus did not work

The bus was 30 minutes late: nobody called to tell me I had to call myself and I almost missed my flight.

This was probably the worst experience I've had on a bus unfortunately. The driver was over 25 minutes late (which I understand can happen), seemed to be speeding up and slowing down suddenly ay inappropriate time, took a very unusual route (I take this route often), we arrived to my destination over 50 minutes late, AND a customers wife came to grab her husbands things because the driver LEFT HIM AT THE STOP IN RED DEER. There was no head count, I was not asked to show my id or ticket, no courtesys like a hello or goodbye, and he was picking his nose while driving. I have had much better experiences with other companies and plan to stick with them moving forward. I honestly don't have anything good to say other than I got there in one piece. (even the bus was quite dirty)

The bus ride from Red Deer to Calgary through bad weather went very well, left the driving to Red Arrow and enjoyed the ride.

Twas our very first time to take the bus to yyc and quite enjoyed it, on time and safe.

Bus was clean, driver was friendly and on time. Wish the route had a south central stop (Chinook or South Centre area) instead of two in the north.

The 8 pm bus I booked last night from red deer to calgary was delayed over 2 hours. By that time the flying j closed for the evening and asked me to leave the property even after I told the flying j staff that I was there to catch my prepaid bus that was delayed. I complied and left and never received the trip I paid for. Paid 20 dollars for a cab to get to the bus stop and paid 20 dollars to get back home. Also missed atleast a day work due directly to the march 31 st 7 pm bus from red deer to calgary didn't even show up.
